In this image the athlete is at the peak of her stroke, gliding above the water
as she breathes in as much air as possible.
This photograph was particularly challenging. The lights had gone out in the natatorium and I had to readjust all my settings in a matter of minutes. Indoor sports photography is a real challenge. I play with my settings until I find that sweetspot between quality and shutterspeed.
